In preparation for the conference, here are a few tips to better ensure you have a great virtual conference experience.

  • Confirm your AIS Membership does not expire prior or during the conference dates.
  • Have your AIS ID and Passwords for aisnet.org and the AIS eLibrary easily accessible during the conference days. If you experience issues with your AIS ID, please email membership@aisnet.org.
  • Visit the ICIS Conference app, available in November. The app is your starting point for the conference and each day during the conference and includes all links to sessions, where you can register for specific sessions, make your own schedule, network with fellow attendees, participate in some gamification, post on the social wall and attend an event or break in the ICIS Café. The ICIS 2020 App will be available only to conference registrants near the beginning of December. Please register for ICIS with the same email address you would like all App information to be sent.
  • Confirm that you’re able to download papers and view videos in the AIS eLibrary. Please note that all ICIS 2020 proceedings are available to only ICIS 2020 registrants via the conference app.
